This on-demand resource explores how social distancing and life during a pandemic can impact mental health. Dr. Hussein Rajput, Director of Counseling Services at Hamline University, and Dr. Jillian Peterson, psychologist and Associate Professor of Criminal Justice, discuss how to be aware of one’s own mental health and strategies for checking in with colleagues and students.  This resource also examines evidence-based techniques to support the mental health of oneself and others during these unprecedented times.
