Workshop Three: SWEL Coaching Workshop and Administrators’ Workshop
Workshop Three brings together ESL teachers and their school administrators. ESL teachers will learn non-evaluative peer coaching principles, set SMART goals, and plan to implement the SWEL Coaching Cycle.
